Noella lead the concept, design and execution of unique visual solutions for integrated, cross-channel initiatives including large Web initiatives, online advertising and digital marketing for the MTV music awards. She worked with a insta famous cookie baker in NYC to create a series of short stop motion animated content. She supervised the shoot, guiding through the animation process making sure all deliverables were provided to the post production team on time.
